the MD area. Our dedicated co-owners of the company are passionate about helping 

customers to build the house of their dreams. Though our founding was in 2020, 

our owners, Ed and Monica Stipp have over 20 years of experience in building quality 

homes and delivering the best service to you! Working closely with both our partners 

and customers, Stipp Builders have built new homes from scratch, from the drawing to 

the final details of their houses, to our many satisfied customers.
